Tastefully Simple

Since I don't have enough going on in my life (ya know...Stay At Home Mom, part time Help Desk Engineer, Events Coordinator for my Moms Group, preparing for our trip around the world in less than a year...), I thought I would become an Independent Consultant for Tastefully Simple. This idea came to me when I recently had a Tastefully Simple party and learned that Consultants make 30% from the sales they receive. These sales can be through taste-testing parties, catalog parties, or online orders. I LOVE Tastefully Simple food, so why not make a little money while promoting a fabulous product.

I also know quite a few people who are Tastefully Simple fans so I figured finding people to host parties would not be a problem. Thankfully, so far, I was right! Right now, I have four people who have expressed an interest in having a party. And, why wouldn't they - all they have to do is open their house to a few friends and make a few Tastefully Simple dishes with samples that are provided by me. It's kinda like having a bunch of friends over for a party, but the good thing is that Tastefully Simple supplies the food! And, as an added bonus, the host gets free product based on the sales amount of their party. I received $97.50 worth of free product from the party I hosted last weekend!

I am excited about this new business venture! I am sure that I am not going to be able to become a millionaire by doing it, but I will be able to "party" with friends and get paid while doing it.
